Lynda Woolford-Richards is dedicated to driving social transformation through dynamic research, innovative interventions, and impactful training programs. As a research consultant, Lynda utilizes both quantitative and qualitative methods, lending her expertise to projects for government and non-governmental organizations. She is committed to using her research skills to drive tangible community impact, notably seen in the design of social intervention programs.
At Inspire Leadership Solutions Group, Lynda has worked on the design of intervention programs supporting at-risk teenagers and young adults at schools and the prison respectively. Her work on the Inspire Prison Program, which blends whole-life coaching and psychoeducation, facilitates transformative behavior change among remand inmates.
Lynda is equally passionate about personal transformation through training and development. She has designed programs and resources for diverse audiences and conducted training sessions across the Caribbean and Central America.
She has an MSc. in Counseling Psychology and undergraduate degrees in Biology and Arts with a minor in Psychology and Counselling respectively. Lynda also has a certification in Monitoring and Evaluation.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Lynda finds joy in motherhood, outdoors, reading, and quality time with family and friends. Lynda is a lifelong learner who is committed to community service and social transformation.
