Jo has had a varied career moving from working in a Opticians to a contact lens company before spending over a decade in the media technology industry where she worked in Projects, Support, R&D and finally in the People Team. Mostly recently she was responsible for People Systems and the company’s DEI programme and Employee Resource Groups. She has recently completed a master’s in Organizational Psychology and is looking forward to applying that knowledge in future.
